About the Role
We're looking for a Design Director to lead the product design vision across our client engagements, mentoring a growing team of designers while staying hands-on with high-impact work.
What You Will Do:
Own end-to-end product design for flagship client projects, from discovery through high-fidelity delivery.
Set design direction and quality bar across the team, running critiques and design reviews.
Partner with product and engineering leads to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years leading designers.
A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting directly to clients and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment across multiple industries.
Familiarity with design systems tooling and front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS).
